1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lotus Welle Advisory website (the “Site”) and any services provided through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or disclaimers posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our services.

2. Description of Services

Lotus Welle Advisory, LLC provides coaching services, consulting services, branded deliverables (such as resumes and LinkedIn profiles), and digital resources, including templates, masterclasses, and other leadership development materials. Details and pricing are available on the Site and are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. User Account and Registration

Some areas of the Site may require you to register for an account or provide personal information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration forms;
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information;
  • Keep your login details confidential and not share them with any third party; and
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Lotus Welle Advisory or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe, restrict, or inhibit the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Transmitting any harmful or malicious code or material;
  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems;
  • Interfering with the operation of the Site or any server or network connected to it.

6. Payment and Refunds

All services must be paid in full before any work begins. Payment confirms your spot in the selected program. Services will not begin until full payment is received and confirmed.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the personalized and strategic nature of our services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to review the program details before purchasing. If you have questions before booking, please contact Danielle@lotuswelle.com.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer:

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, Lotus Welle Advisory does not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete or error-free.

Results Disclaimer:

While our coaching programs are designed to provide strategic guidance, personal branding, and career clarity, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to: job offers, promotions, salary increases, or interviews. Success depends on individual effort, timing, market conditions, and client follow-through.

Limitation Liability:

In no event shall Lotus Welle Advisory be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

8. Rescheduling & Session Expiration

Each coaching session may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
All sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Deliverables & Revisions

Programs that include branded deliverables—such as resumes or LinkedIn profile updates—include one round of revision per item. Additional edits may incur an extra fee, to be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

10. Third-Party Payment Providers (Klarna, etc.)

Clients who choose to pay via Klarna or other third-party financing options acknowledge that their financial agreement is with the provider—not Lotus Welle Advisory. We receive full payment up front and are not responsible for Klarna’s approval decisions, payment schedules, or late fees.

11. Modifications to Terms

Lotus Welle Advisory reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lotus Welle Advisory operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or services shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
